The highlights include “Paloma Rubio”, a blend of Martini Floreale, yellow paprika, yellow beet, and grapefruit soda. For a unique twist, there’s an option to add Pimenton tequila. Another standout is “Elote Alejandro”, featuring Martini Floreale, Selva’s house Atol de Elote (Corn Milk), Lyre’s Orange sec, and avocado foam, with an option to add Patron reposado tequila, Nixta, and Ron Companero Anejo. “La Fuerza Negra” combines Martini Vibrante with black pomegranate shrub and maple syrup, with a mezcal and tequila option available.
